Webmaster Video Comments: Ahhh.... yes. Our trip has begun. I spent most of the night not sleeping. My stomach was in a twist of incomparable excitement and fright. And now, after a sad goodbye to the family, complete enthusiasm has yet to set in. Probably because we are still in No Where, Iowa with the same looking land Ive seen my whole life. Its not bad land. Im sure many good people make a decent living with it. It could be that we are not enthralled yet because we are not morning people, and this morning has had its delays. Maybe once we hit the city of Chicago with its shining buildings, water, and newness, my mouth will drop into day long smiles. I love the feeling of being somewhere new. Constant state of wonder and en garde-ness. But for now I sit in the passenger seat of my Daewoo, having driven most of the morning, and relax after knocking back a mini shot/bottle of UV lemonade and a cup of mixed fruit. I look ahead to the sky with swirly clouds that holds so many unknown and unexperienced-by-me things. I look forwardto the Andrew Bird concert tonight.With this trip I hope to have an amazing time seeing the country with my brother. I hope to gain an interesting story for an old man to tell grandkids. Possibly learn something along the way. And hopefully by the end of this I will finally be able to grow a beard.cw. No Comment
